How Does It Work: Your e-ticket will only be emailed to you by Nimax Theatres if you successfully complete an online check-in process. I The process begins approximately 72 hours prior to the start time of your performance. For example
- For an 8pm performance on a Saturday, attendance check in emails will not be sent before 8pm on the Wednesday.
- Pre-visit attendance check-in emails are sent from Nimax Theatres
- You will be required to confirm that you know of no reason why you or a member of your party cannot attend the performance
- if you cannot confirm this you will be given details on how to exchange (exchange requests must be made no later than 48hrs before prior to the performance start time)
