Disabled guest should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reason only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on The lastminute.com London Eye at any one time.
Once you have booked your ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com (please quote your order reference)
Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

Go to the VIP Experiences desk situated in The lastminute.com London Eye ticket office 15 minutes prior to your booked timeslot and check-in for your experience.
Present your e-ticket to a member of staff (either printed or on a mobile device) and you will be escorted onto your experience.

- Where Do I Go
The lastminute.com London Eye is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster.
Waterloo is the closest tube station to The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank.
Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach The lastminute.com London Eye. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge.
Westminster tube station is the closest station to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. From Westminster tube station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
