How Does It Work Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff (either printed or on a mobile device) and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.
Access Information

At the Aquarium, we have disabled access throughout the centre. There are also disabled toilets available within the centre.

Please note in the penguin enclosure, there is an additional viewing platform that is not wheelchair accessible due to the stairwells. These enclosures are still viewable at ground level.

Cancellation Policy

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Good To Know

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over.

We are a cashless attraction. Please be ready to make on-site payments using a ‘contactless’ bank card.

We are situated next to Wellington Pier. From Great Yarmouth station you can easily walk us, just follow signs to the seafront.
